I am qualified to Reiki Master Level with the First Light School of Reiki and have worked with many different clients using the Reiki energies; from cancer patients to lame horses! I hold VTCT Diplomas in Swedish Body Massage, Anatomy and Physiology, Indian Head Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy (Ear Candling). I also hold the SNHS Diploma in Crystal Healing.
I have recently completed a Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies (Bodywork Pathway) with Teesside University and my clients are already benefitting from my studies with new bodywork techniques including Advanced Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, No Hands Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Meridian therapy and Acupressure Techniques, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Myofascial release techniques and Neuro Muscular Massage. My further studies also mean that I am able to deal with more complex conditions and offer a more prescriptive service to the client, this involves lengthier consultation and recommendations for lifestyle changes that might need to be implemented for the individual's long term benefit and well being.

I am a member of the Complementary Therapist's Association and the International Institute for Health and Holistic Therapies. As well as holding a current Health and Safety qualification I also carry insurance for all the therapies I practice.
In 2009 I won the Asian Business Development Network's Female Entrepreneur of the Year award due to my work with the Milun Centre and in 2010 I won the Leeds City College Overall Student of the Year award. To find out more about these check out the awards tab on the left of this page.
