Leeds Health and Healing Festival

This image shows Anna carrying out a shoulder, neck and upper arm massage at the the Summer 2008 Health and Healing Festival at Bodington Hall in Leeds. The show was a great success with lots of interest in the Ray of Light stall, especially for the reasonably priced taster sessions on offer. We took lots of entries for the prize draw to win a free treatment which will be drawn at the end of July. Anna really enjoyed the event and hopes to exhibit at another similar Mind Body Spirit festival next Spring so watch this space to find out more.

Footsey 100

September 2008 saw Ray of Light joining the Milun Women's Centre stand at the Footsey 100 event in York which is an annual social enterprise trade show. Anna offered lots of treatments at the show to visitors and exhibitors alike and the networking opportunities at the show have led to further bookings with both private individuals and the public sector.

LEGI Dinner

Anna and two other female entrepreneurs, Lyndsay Din and Siobhan Thomas, were invited along to the LEGI dinner at the Crowne Plaza back in January. Carl Hopkins from the Secret Millionaire was the speaker and both inspired and entertained us in equal measure!
